Perspective of Where, What, Why, How and When of learning environments. Inter-disciplinary context. (2011-05-09). Anders Szczepanski, ass visiting prof Outdoor Education, Director Anders Szczepanski, Ph. Lic., has in his licentiate dissertation studied the variation of teachers´ perceptions of outdoor education and the landscape as a learning environment. The study indicates a multiplicity of varied perceptions of the special nature of outdoor education and can thus be said to characterise this as richly diversified. Anders Szczepanski, born March 1954 in Norrköping Sweden Education; MSc 1981(biology, geology, geography, chemistry, pedagogics/didactics).

Eleven outdoor teachers-leaders answered questions displaying the motivation and the enhancement of women’s participation in Outdoor Education sector as leaders. Through semi-structured interviews, the participants revealed their opinions towards their current occupations and their future expectations and promotions as well as the effects of childhood memory on people’s attitudes.
